Service set in GP surgeries providing specialist support for patients on long-term repeat prescriptions of benzodiazepines, sleeping tablets and opiates who wish to stop or reduce their medications.

Patients will be treated at one of the following practices:

  • Keats Group Practice
  • Hampstead Group Practice
  • Park End Surgery
  • Parliament Hill Surgery
  • Brunswick Surgery
  • Brondesbury Medical Centre
  • Adalaide Road Medical Centre
  • Rosslyn Hill Surgery

Eligibility criteria

Inclusions

  • Any adult patient that is being regularly prescribed benzodiazepines, sleeping tablets and opiates who wishes to reduce or stop their medications
