Community Speech Rehabilitation

CNWL support for adults with complex or chronic diseases, stroke, brain injury, a fall who need extra help to live independently.

Speech and Language Therapy in Mental Health Services

Direct help and support to adults with mental health problems who are experiencing communication and/or eating and swallowing difficulties. Groups are also run for people with Asperger's Syndrome who have additional mental health problems.

How to Refer EMIS Forms

Community Speech Rehabilitation

Complete a Camden Integrated Adult Services referral form (see Downloads) and attach any relevant discharge or outpatient reports.
