The wïsh centre is a London based charity that prevents self-harm, abuse and exploitation of young people. They provide open-ended therapy, peer support, out of hours help and advice and training.

Safe to Speak Digital Therapy

This service offers longterm open-ended therapy for young people aged 12-19 who are self-harming or have experience of sexual abuse or exploitation.

They also offer 1:1 support for young people who self harm ages 19-25. 

Therapy will be by telephone or video call.

Digital Peer Support

Digital weekly peer support group for young women and female to male or non-binary transgender young people ages 15-19 years with mental health vulnerabilities to develop new skills, friendships and confidence through volunteering and campaigning.
 


Eligibility criteria

Exclusions

  • young person hasn’t consented
  • young person is currently using class A drugs
  • young person has a recent history of violence or exploitation of others
