Service designed and delivered by Advance Charity and funded by MOPAC. The service will provide enhanced, specialist support to women and girls over 15, with complex multiple needs who have committed crime and are at risk of re-offending.

The service is designed to be a 'whole system' response to women in contact with the Criminal Justice System and will be offered in women only hubs and two regional women’s centres. 


Eligibility criteria

Inclusions

  • Camden resident aged 15+
  • Have committed an offence and have a conviction up to two years prior to referral
  • Have needs around domestic/sexual violence and exploitation, mental health or substance misuse

How to refer

The following clinicians can refer to this service: GPs, Nurses, Anyone in contact with the patient

Please send referral by email (password protected with the password sent in a separate email).

Please note: the patient will be allocated an advocate within 48 hours and contacted by the advocate within five working days to arrange an initial assessment. If required the Minerva WA advocate will arrange a three-way meeting with the referrer and the client to discuss support needs, the support plan and agree actions.
