The Hub is Camden's mental health, wellbeing centre. Provides a prevention service and personalised activities.

6–8 week targeted prevention service

  • Short term, practical service in which a client’s support needs are assessed
  • Explore what services are available and best suited to needs
  • Try activities and services within the borough and agree plan for future

Personalised and recovery-focused activities, including

  • 1:1 support for mental health
  • Participation in Hub groups, trips and complementary therapies
  • Building and developing a longer-term support plan

Eligibility criteria

Inclusions

6–8 week targeted prevention

  • 18 or over
  • Live in Camden
  • Need mental health support

Personalised and recovery focused activities

  • 18 or over
  • Ongoing mental health needs
  • Hold a personal budget, specific support plan or be eligible for FACS (Fair Access to Care Services)
  • Do NOT need to live in Camden or be registered with Camden GP

How to Refer Self Referral

Self-referral by online referral form or Word referral form (see Downloads) – patients can send by post or email. 

Alternately patients can telephone the service.
