Camden Hub 6-8 Session service is a prevention service. Support is offered in the form of troubleshooting, signposting someone to the appropriate service or linking to other services and working together to get to the service etc.

6–8 week targeted prevention service:

  • short-term, practical service in which a client’s support needs are assessed
  • explore what services are available and best suited to needs
  • try activities and services within the borough and agree plan for future

Personalised and recovery-focused activities, including:

  • 1:1 support for mental health
  • researching and accessing wellbeing-related activities and complementary therapies
  • building and developing a longer-term support plan

Eligibility criteria

Inclusions

  • 18 or over
  • live in Camden
  • need mental health support
  • available regardless of eligibility for adult social care services and/or previous contact with mental health services
