LanguageLine provides interpreting services in over 200 languages and dialects.

Face-to-face interpreting

Please book online, using the below steps:

Login using the username, password and access code provided by your practice manager

Click on ‘make a new booking’ and enter the details (complete all fields marked with asterix)

Telephone-interpreting

On-demand service – no need to book.

This service can be used when a patient is with you or if you need to make an out-going call to a patient.

Contact the service provider by telephone 0800 055 6194 (select option 1). You will need to give your access code, practice name and required language.

Written translations

Please email the document(s) you need translated. State the language and format required – you will be provided with a timescale and quotation within 48 hours. You will need to email acceptance before the work will be a carried out.
