The Insomnia Clinic at the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine treats people with insomnia and circadian rhythm disorders.
Most patients are offered a course of CBT. Clinic also works with GPs to offer advice on sleeping pills and other medications that might affect sleep.
Those with insomnia who are interested in working on their own difficulties or ways of coping can be referred to iCOPE.
