St Pancras Rehabilitation Unit provides treatment and support for people whose physical abilities have been reduced through illness (e.g. stroke, fall, MSK condition). Patients work towards:

  • regaining everday life skills
  • returning to independent living
  • managing their disability

Three wards are available: Oakwood, Rochester East and Rochester West. MDT provides full range of medical and therapy support to help patients return home and be as independent as possible. Entertainment activities and pastoral support provided during patients' stay.


Eligibility criteria

Inclusions

Patients registered with Camden GP who need to stay in hospital during their rehabilitation.

Not suitable for those:

  • without rehabilitation potential
  • who are medically unstable
