Healthy Minds is a Mind in Camden project to support adults struggling with their mental health after facing bullying, racism, discrimination, trauma, poverty or social exclusion. Also help adults to find out what their local area has to offer them.

It aims to improve their wellbeing by pursuing their interests and engaging in the wider community via free workshops and courses, including hobbies and fitness.

See future events.

Registered participants have access to up to 12 months of activities that are tailored to their personal interests, including a sports buddy to support their physical fitness goals. Also offer support for further education through a bursary with the Mary Ward Centre.
