This service will complement existing homelessness prevention activity in the borough by providing an enhanced prevention service to agreed target groups of households at risk of homelessness.

The Navigator Officer will train staff on risk indicators (including community-based drop-in surgeries across GP practices) and develop a referral mechanism for housing advice and prevention interventions.

The service will end in November 2019 when Camden Homelessness Initiative Service will take over.
