Age UK Camden

  • Dementia Befriending Service – regular one-to-one visits for socially isolated older people with dementia or memory problems to provide company, support to maintain hobbies and interests and assistance to access the local community.
  • Dementia Resource Centres – two resource centres that provide programme of activities and events, including gardening, arts and crafts, outings, exercise, lunches, dancing. A charge may apply depending on need.

Camden Carers Dementia Group

A monthly group for carers of people with dementia.

Dementia Specialist Day Centres

Specialist day centres, providing a range of activities for people with dementia who live in their own homes in the community. Activites include gardening, games, community trips, lunches and a monthly carers group.

Dementia Care Homes

Care homes providing dementia care

How to Refer Self Referral

Referrals can be made by GPs or other health and social care professionals, and patients/carers may self-refer by calling details below.
