CHIP is a GP Practice for homeless people and those with subsance misuse, alcohol and mental health probems. 

It provides a mixture of drop-in and appontment sessions. To access these sessions, patients need to be registered with the practice. New patients can present at the drop-in sessions and register on the day.  

The service offers:

  • GP registration
  • Vaccinations and on site blood tests
  • Sexual Health Screening, contraception and cervical screening
  • In house treatement for HIV and Hep C
  • Monthly Tissue Viability session for patients with leg ulcers
  • Opiate Substitution Treatment
  • Food vouchers

  • To access the drop-in clinics patients will need to be registered with CHIP as a patient

Drop-in sessions: Mon: 09:30 and 14:00; Tues: 10.30; Wed: 09.30; Thurs: 09:30 Fri: 09:00 and 13:30.

Please arrive at the beginning of the drop-in clinics to avoid disappointment. Doors open 10 minutes before the drop-in clinics start.

New patients need to arrive within the first hour of the clinic. Only 2 new patients per session accepted.

Appointments: Tues–Thurs 14:00
