Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospital

Assess, diagnose and manage deafness and hearing disorders in children from birth to 19 years. Conditions treated include hearing difficulties, hearing loss, deafness (stable or progressive), tinnitus, auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder, vertigo, dizziness and balance disorders and speech and language disorders.

Whittington

Second-tier children's audiology service for all children, 6 months-18, or 19 if still in education, with developmental problems or a disability. Provided to children and young people living in Camden and/or attending school in Camden. Hornsey Rise health centre used for outreach clinics.


Eligibility criteria

Inclusions

Northern Health Centre – children over 12 weeks.

Paediatric Audiology and Vestibular Medicine (Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital) – children under 17.
