Supports Camden residents who are in recovery from drug misuse and/or living in Camden's hostel pathway.

  • One-to-one regular keyworking sessions for up to 12 weeks
  • Relapse prevention workshops
  • GP programmes: recovery, development and employment focused
  • Peer-mentoring opportunities
  • Social and leisure activities

Eligibility criteria

Inclusions

  • 18 years or over
  • Camden resident or registered with a Camden GP
  • Either live within the Camden hostel pathways system and/or have previously (or currently) engaged in a substance use treatment service
