Eligibility criteria

Inclusions

  • Over 18
  • Living in Camden
  • Registered with Camden GP
  • Need support to address their drug use (including opiates, cannabis, cocaine, ketamine, MDMA, heroin, crack, novel psychoactive substances, mephedrone, synthetic cannabinoids)

Self-referral

Patients can self-refer by completing referral form and sending by email. Self-referral is also available by telephone or visiting the service. Please provide patient with service timetable (see Downloads).
