This joint scheme between C & I Trust and Camden libraries provides access to recommended, self-help books for people with mental health problems. The reading list provides a guide to the issues that are covered by the books, which include:

Hard copies of these resources are available in local libraries.

Downloadable booklets and playable videos are available at www.icope.nhs.uk/library/ and some downloadable booklets are available in a large range of community languages.

Self-referral Patient Leaflet

No prescription needed. Books are on open shelves – users can go in and get a book the normal way.
