There is no longer a walk-in service for urgent bloods – walk-in patients will not be attended to. See Downloads for an AccuRx template with suggested text to send to patients.

Booking phlebotomy 

GP patients can no longer attend the Hospital for phlebotomy, bookings must be made at one of the four off site clinics.

  • must be booked in advance
  • patients should not book or attend an appointment if they have symptoms of COVID-19

Informing your patients about their visit

  • patients should wear face covering
  • arrive no more than 10 minutes before booked time 
  • please advise patients not to turn up with pre-COVID forms

How to refer

Self-referral

AFTER the request form has been sent, patients can book via MyCare booking system (see Downloads for patient info sheet)

If patients have issues with online booking, they can phone or email (they will need to provide their Name, Contact details, Preferred Day, Time and Location).

Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm (Lunch closure 1-2pm)

Finsbury Health Centre

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am-12:30pm Tuesday, Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm Lunch closure 1-2pm
