The five borough-based GP websites in North Central London (NCL) will come together to form one NCL GP Website in early 2021.

The new NCL GP Website will provide a single high-quality online source of information for NCL’s general practices on both borough specific and NCL-wide services, pathways and developments. It will also provide a space for practices to provide feedback and express their views on CCG developments. The move follows our merger into a single NCL CCG and will help support our transition to an NCL Integrated Care System.

The multi award-winning Camden GP Website will be repurposed to host the new NCL GP Website.

Formed in 2011, the Camden GP Website has been highly valued by Camden practices and recognised as a best practice model with a clear, user-friendly design and a dedicated clinical and editorial team. The Camden model was adopted by Islington CCG in 2018 and is used in City & Hackney and Lewisham as well.

Insight and learnings from the other existing borough GP websites will also form an important part of the new NCL GP Website development process. We will keep you informed as work to transition to the single NCL website progresses.

Meanwhile if you have any questions, please contact the NCL GP Website project lead for your borough:
