Sexual Health LCS

The Sexual Health LCS is designed to increase STI testing (including opportunisitc HIV testing in GP surgeries and other primary care settings) and encourage further prevention measures and interventions. It includes three distinct levels:

  • Level One: Chlamydia screening for men and women under the age of 25 years
  • Level Two: HIV testing
  • Level Three: Specialised sexual health services for symptomatic men and women and higher risk asymptomatic patients who request an examination
