Mental Capacity Act Conference at UCLH

The conference aims to widen knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and its application to support professionals and to advocate for patients who may lack capacity in the acute settings. This year’s theme is on supported decision-making and best-interest decisions.

Subject-expert speakers will discuss case laws and case studies to provide insight to the MCA and to discuss proposed changes to the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS). View leaflet for more details.
