Diabetes IPU: Camden Primary Care Diabetes Course 2017

PLEASE NOTE: THIS COURSE TAKES PLACE ACROSS 3 DATES - 10TH MAY, 14TH JUNE AND 5TH JULY

The Diabetes IPU team are providing a course consisting of 5 modules over 3 days to increase the confidence and competencies of diabetes management in primary care. It is ideal for Lead GP and Practice Nurse in Diabetes who delivers diabetes care for their patients.
