Cancer Planned Care LES RCA Learning — Morning

Thursday, 23rd February 2017 / 8.30am

This session will look at a selection of cancer RCAs that each Practice has submitted via the online template, as part of the Planned Care LES.
The session will be led by Dr Imogen Staveley, GP Cancer Lead for Camden and the CRUK Facilitator. It will be an opportunity for Practices to come together by locality to discuss and share learning of your cancer RCAs submitted to date.

Ophthalmology Session — Afternoon

Thursday, 23rd February 2017 / 2.00pm

Topics to be discussed are conditions that can be treated in the community, how to examine the eye without the need for special equipment, this will be followed by case studies, cataract for GPs and eye drops to prescribe and approved by Camden MMT.
The presentations will be given by Dr Badrul Hussain, Dr Gordon Hay and Amani El-Bushra from Moorfields Eye Hospital. Dr Gordon Hay spent several years as a GP in Australia and understands the issues on GPs.
